EVENT RENTAL: The base rental fee is $5000.00 (+tax) for weddings and events between the hours of 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM on the agreed event date. Additional setup time is allowed the weekday prior to your event from 9 AM – 5 PM. Included with space rental: 150 chairs, 10 – 5’ round tables, 10 - cocktail tables, 2 - 8’ rectangular tables, and 16 - 6’ rectangular tables. Contact us for more details.

Photo Shoots in Dreamland Ballroom

PHOTO SHOOT RENTAL: The Ballroom can be rented as a photo or video shoot location during business hours, Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm or Saturday 10 am-3 pm: $400 minimum for 2 hours. $600 for 4 hours, $150 per hour for each additional hour. Times outside these normal hours of operation are billed at an extra $150 an hour. Sessions booked outside business hours are not guaranteed and subject to increased hourly pricing. Consider renting the Dreamland Lounge on the first floor of Taborian Hall as a pre-function to your event in the Dreamland Ballroom on the third floor. 4 hours is $1200 without a bartender, $1500 with a professional bartender. Capacity: 50 people.
